he Strosnider Company specializes in developing planned residential communities and building homes in the greater Albuquerque and Santa Fe area. Formed by Lloyd Strosnider and his sons Timothy and Patrick, the company has extensive experience in acquisition, development, management and sale of residential and commercial properties. Since 1983, the 2nd generation builders have built over 270 homes and developed 11 communities within their native state.

Patrick A. Strosnider
An Albuquerque native, Patrick serves as qualifying broker of the Company. With a background in commercial construction management, a N.M. general contractor’s license and a degree in business administration, Patrick serves as the project manager of all company projects. Patrick served as President of the Home Builders Association of Central New Mexico in 2002.

Terry G. Lee
Also a New Mexico native, Terry has an extensive background in accounting and bookkeeping. As office manager, Terry is responsible for all internal operations including the maintenance and support of accounting software.
