PATRICK STROSNIDER

An Albuquerque native, Patrick serves as qualifying broker of the Company. With a background in commercial construction management, a N.M. general contractor’s license and a degree in business administration, Patrick serves as the project manager of all company projects. Patrick served as President of the Home Builders Association of Central New Mexico in 2002, and holds the designation of Certified Green Professional from the National Association of Home Builders.

TERRY G. LEE

Also a New Mexico native, Terry has an extensive background in accounting and bookkeeping. As office manager, Terry is responsible for all internal operations including the maintenance and support of accounting software.

Born in New Mexico, Feliberto has worked in the residential building industry for the past 20 years in various capacities for suppliers and also as a general contractor. With a GB98 general contractor’s license, he oversees all new home construction and all field operations.
